Negotiated an $85M joint venture with Coca Cola to introduce a new energy drink into the North American market. Sales reached $245M annually within 3 years and $560M in 5 years.

Integrated the marketing & sales functions of a $126M acquisition which reduced combined operating costs by $785K annually. The integration produced first-year market-share gains nearly 2 times higher than originally projected.

Seamlessly merged 2 acquisitions into a single organization resulting in an additional $92M in annual revenues.

Co-chaired an R & D effort leading to the introduction of 6 new products which garnered the food processing industry's best customer satisfaction rating (92%) and increased total market share from 26% to 53% over 26 months.

Eliminated 16 poorly performing products from the portfolio resulting in an increase in operating margin from 3.8% to 14.7% while improving earnings per share from $1.26 to $2.54 per share.

Led a new $600M credit debt-financing product to achieving 100% of annual sales projections within the first 5 months of launch with a Tax Products Group company.
